Over the course of the series there hasn't been any hints at Lisbeth and Mikael having a sexual or romantic relationship I can't say much about his relationship with Figuerola because her character wasn't expanded on much outside of being Micke's lover They merely view each other as close friends they can rely on no matter what. When she goes back to Sweden in the 2nd book, she is no longer in love with him. Micke isn't the type of man who is able to hold a stable monogamous relationship for long. Steig Larsson made it clear in the original series that, yes Lisbeth fell in love, or what she feels is love, with Mikael but because of his relationship with Berger, Lisbeth knew that a monogamous relationship between her and Micke would never happen.
